Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, much larger than I needed. The service from the front desk team to the dining and bar teams was delightful and really helpful. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the major sites in Washington. The dining experience was great with a good choice of sweet and savory meals.
I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms at the hotel; they were fantastic, much better than what was advertised. The service from all staff members was truly delightful, really helpful, and couldn't do more for me. The location was perfect for my visit, close to outstanding restaurants and just a short walk from the Metro station. The dining experience was basic and not included, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a great stay with wonderful service and amenities.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and beautiful rooms that included a kitchenette and a large fridge, although they were a bit dark. The service at the hotel was outstanding, with extremely accommodating and friendly staff who catered to Washington political guests, offering services like dry cleaning and laundry. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of many historical sites, restaurants, and shops, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was exceptional with a delicious breakfast menu served by attentive staff, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and shopping areas, offering spacious and well-equipped rooms despite occasional noise in the morning. The service was exceptional with attentive and helpful staff. Dining options were varied and exceptionally good, adding to an overall lovely stay. Despite minor room noise issues, the hotel's central location and excellent service make it a great choice for a weekend in the city.
I felt at home in the extremely clean and comfortable rooms but had to keep the cooling system on constantly for a comfortable temperature. The mini kitchen was convenient, but the stinky refrigerator with a high-pitched noise was a downside. The rooms were quite dark, making it hard to distinguish day from night, and the final billing was higher than the advertised price, not reflecting the value promised.
The hotel offers a cozy stay with nice rooms and friendly service, though the pricing can be misleading. Its central location provides easy access to various amenities, but watch out for unexpected charges. Dining is satisfactory, and the facilities cater to basic needs.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room, although a bit tired in some areas, was comfortable with the bonus of a convenient sitting room. The service was great, among the best I've experienced, although there were a few minor issues that weren't addressed. The location, while close to the White House and with good transportation options, lacked nearby dining choices. Dining was delicious but a bit overpriced. Facilities were decent, could use some improvements in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The large suite was wonderful, and the doorman was very attentive. While the check-in process could have been smoother, the well-designed rooms provided a relaxing atmosphere. The service was outstanding with a focus on environmental sustainability. The location was amazing, allowing easy access to many attractions. The dining experience was pleasant, especially enjoying the yummy Pork Belly. Overall, a great value for the money with some minor room for improvement.
The hotel room was spacious and had a separate kitchenette and a little vanity area off the bathroom, perfect for our last-minute trip to Washington. It was a bit noisy in the morning due to nearby building deliveries, but overall served us well for 5 nights. The location was ideal for exploring the city with convenient access to major attractions, although it had a slightly dated decor. The dining experience offered great meals with above-average service, but slightly overpriced. The service was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff, ensuring a pleasant stay.
My stay at this historic boutique hotel in NW Washington was a unique experience. The room layout felt like a little flat, with a separate lounge room but also being next to the utility closet. The service was spry and attentive, although some units in the minibar were noisy. The location was ideal for exploring Washington, with easy access to public transport and great recommendations from the concierge. The dining was delicious with healthy options, although a bit city expensive. Overall, a charming stay with a few quirks.
